Miss Pamela ..... is really Miss Piggy.

Hello All,

Miss Pamela and Roni are settling in and seem to really be enjoying their new home. Miss Pamela is the spitting image of Miss Piggy, in both personality and looks. She loves men.

Last weekend I asked Hank to repair a place in the fence where Leo (our city dog who visits on the weekends and gets into lots of trouble:() has been getting in and chasing the piggy girls. Yes, Leo loves to get inside the fence and chase Pamela and Roni and make them squeal.  Denying the whole time that it was Leo doing the bad deed and trying hard to convince me that it was my sweet, droopy brown eyed, big floppy eared Bagel (Basset and Beagle mix): Guinness, instead ........as he headed out with the  tools to make the repairs. I simply explained to my loving husband; "are you suggesting I should believe what you are saying or what I saw with my own eyes?"  Without another word, he decided to table the conversation and fix the fence.
Miss Piggy, I mean, Miss Pamela comes up to Hank and starts a conversation. Well, the only time she talks with me is when she is complaining about the amount of feed I am giving her and Roni. I really do believe the girls should eat more greens but they seem to like that processed fast food instead; kinda reminds me of my sweet sons who pull through What-a-Burger on a daily basis.

She speaks to Hank in the softest, sweetest, voice and then starts batting those big blue eyes underneath the long white eyelashes. He said she talked to him the whole time he was working on the fence.  I have noticed she has a lot of different voice patterns and volumes. She can really hit those high notes like the night Leann and I were trying to unload her and Roni from the horse trailer but when she is talking with menfolk she has a deep, sexy, sultry, voice like the fabulous, actress, Kathleen Turner.

Thinking she just had a crush on Hank, I figured no worries. I mean after being married for over 20 years should I really worry about competition .....especially a a big, blued eyed, Pot Belly Pig with soft ears and a seductive voice?

I soon noticed she acts different around every man. Age matters not to her. My friend came over to weld the fence and move a gate one weekend. Again, she turned on the charm. She was right in the middle of everything, talking and cooing in a deep, velvety voice. I was getting embarrassed thinking of what she was saying in pig Latin.

Another time a sweet young man whose mom is boarding a handsome Tennessee Walker named Oliver with us was checking out our petting zoo with his little sister and family friends. They were having a great time looking at all the critters. Well, a zoo it is for sure, with precocious pigs, grumpy and frisky goats, a rooster who thinks he is Fabio with his hens and a prized heavy weight boxer with me, hens who are sweet and nurturing to their unborn chicks and, oh yeah, and the naughty donkey girls who chase everything and everyone including each other and can kick up their heels higher the Texas Killgore Rockettes.

Sure enough, Miss Pamela waddled right over and introduced herself to the young man. She soon started battling those big blue eyes and began the conversation in her sweet, sultry voice.  Miss Roni, the shy one stays to herself and only comes out from behind the big, old, shady oak tree to eat.

So I have decided to keep a close eye on my little lady and make sure she stays out of trouble. But, that can definitely be a full time job. Anyone know where I can find Kermit the Frog to give me a hand?
