Golden Curls Ranch, owned by Hank and Angie Gaines. in Kaufman, Texas have been asked to share their horses, American Curly and Curly Mustangs, at this year's State Fair of Texas. Robert M. Liner, Spirit of the Horse, has shown horses for over 13 years at the Fair. We will be in the Chevrolet Ranch barn, next to the Pan Am building and the Dallas Mounted Police Barn between the hours of 10:00am and 10:00 pm beginning September 24, ending October 17, 2010.This year Golden Curls Ranch's American Curly and Curly Mustangs will be demonstrating their wonderful riding skills and rare qualities such as hypoallergenic features and of course, curls. In addition, two Curly Mustang mares who were captured in Lander County, Nevada by BLM in January 2009 will be featured. There are currently less than 200 known Curly Mustangs in the United States. So come on out and visit our horses and learn more about their history. They truly are America's horses.
